About Us
Hello! We are Matt & Emily, the creators behind Botanical Bubbles - a personalised mobile bar offering a range of services to Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & London.
We offer a full service mobile bar hire from either our vintage styled Pallet Bar known as Polly or our lovingly restored horse box named Ebby. Every event is different and we offer tailored packages to suit our clients requirements. Whether is it a intimate garden party, wedding ceremony and reception, corporate function or special occasion we have it covered. In addition to our full package services, we also offer masterclasses, virtually or in person, whilst our product offerings give you the opportunity to enjoy our drinks from the comfort of your own home.
Emily also offers catering to Surrey & Sussex - t/a Made by Emily. Grazing boards, Afternoon Tea, Sweet Treats, Family Cooking & Private Dinner Parties. I use sustainability sourced food through my own herb garden, supporting local farmers markets, butchers and fishmongers whilst following client briefs and budgets. All of this is offered through a genuinely, personalised service whether its collection or delivery.

Polly Our Pallet Bar
Polly is the perfect bar for indoors, although she can also be set up outdoors. Designed from reclaimed pallet wood she instantly adds a touch a vintage charm to your event.
Ebby Our Horsebox Bar
Ebby is the latest edition to the family. She stands proud at outdoor events and really does create the 'wow' factor. With two serving hatches and the option of 'Pour Your Own' makes her truly special.
Ebby & Polly
With the help of Polly, Ebby can be extended to create a larger bar for your event. Three serving areas are provided which reduces queuing time and keeps the drinks flowing!

Classic Choices
For those looking for the classics, we offer traditional full bar menus of popular lagers (on tap or bottled dependent on numbers), spirits and wine. Cocktails like Pimms, Aperol Spritz & English Garden are staples on our classic menu.
Signature Cocktails
We have curated some signature cocktails including our marmalade inspired 'Under the Hat' or our Merry Berry Fizz using foraged Sloe Berries. Seasonally our menu changes, offering exciting drinks to tantalise your taste buds.
Bespoke Choices
Alongside our creations, we can offer your guests Signature Cocktails, especially popular for Bride & Groom choices. Or if you wish to have a particular spirit, wine or Prosecco we can supply these for your event.

Completing internships with Delicious Magazine & Waitrose Good Food Guide, work experience with Kalm Kitchen & Pesto Catering, managing and catering for a local Wellness Retreat, alongside undertaking Leith's Essential Cooking Course, I offer a range of services to my clients.
Whether it is catering for local retreats, private dinner party, freezer family home cooked meals, afternoon tea delivery boxes or grazing boards for parties and corporate events, I use fresh ingredients supporting local farmer markets, fishmongers and butchers. I can offer drop off delivery services, collection or in person services.
With our Christmas markets & fairs, we offer a selection of ready-to-eat delicious treats including; sausage rolls, rocky roads, pretzel buns, mince pies, preserves & more. These are all served alongside Mulled Wine, Hot Chocolates spiked with Coffee Rum or Baileys.

Booked a fantastic virtual cocktail making event with Botanical Bubbles for a friends birthday; throughout they were super friendly and helpful, accommodating some changes to the boxes and ensuring it was smooth. The cocktail boxes were amazing; well thought-out and contained everything you needed. The cocktails themselves were delicious, and the online cocktail making was friendly, fun and informative. Will 100% be booking again.
