We help take the stress out of choosing a bar for your event, with two options you have the best of both worlds - Ebby our Horse Box bar is perfect for outdoor occassions, whilst Polly our Pallet Bar can be set up indoors or outdoors. Both retain vintage charm from their natural materials and soft styling,whilst our personal approach and tailored menus make us different from the rest.

Matt
Jet setting around the globe in his early twenties, Matt's first taste of the events industry began when he worked at the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney, Australia. This venue showcased some amazing musicians at the time. It was a bar job with all the perks!
Twleve years ago, he returned to the UK and worked his way up in the industry and now owns a bar. After meeting Emily, they wanted to start an adventure of their own in an indsutry they both love.
Emily
Emily has a creative background, a keen eye for detail and with an organisational head on her, beginning a career in the hospitality industry has been a natural path. After University, Emily travelled the world and on her return underlook a Cooking Diploma at Leith's School of Food & Wine.
Emily's creative shows in the styling, the website and curating and renovating Ebby & Polly. Whilst being at events, Emily, being a people person, is able to connect with clients and guests.
